Something wonderful…

one amazing thingI listened to a seminar today about the beauty of living in a positive manner. There were so many benefits including better health, strong relationships, and many more friends.

Laughing, singing, dancing, walking — all add up to a more healthy body.

The other aspect of being positive is people want to be around you. You become a magnet and as others engage with you  — everyone benefits.

We all know know and love positive people –  in fact, you’re probably one of them. If so, leave me a comment and tell me something wonderful that is about to happen to you!

  1. Thank you for this one, Marge! I have been going through a rough patch and have been finding it difficult to stay positive this week. You bright message was a simple and clear reminder – I forgot to dance! Today started with something wonderful already – your post in my e-mail! Today is going to be a wonderful day! Thanks! 🙂

  2. Your post and the last one I read remind me that I must always be positive….love to dance and walk…wish I could sing but I guess singing off-key is o.k. when I am alone.
Thank you for this post, and I, too, am grateful for cyber friends like you.

  3. Reading something so positive about being positive (being a contrary kind of person) makes me feel like I want to bite somebody.
    The trouble is —
    Ta daaaah!
You’re absolutely right. You feel and look and are better yourself AND people do want to be with you. So I guess I’m stuck with figuring out what wonderful thing is about to happen —
Oh, I know. I get to go to French class in a half hour or so — and I’m serious about that, I LOVE my French class. So easy to take the good things for granted.

  4. Dancing is such a wonderful way to raise the energy level, isn’t it? Movement, music and abandonment is healthy for our heart, body and soul… and it’s great exercise too!

Thanks for commenting! Hope your day is a great one!!

  5. It’s amazing that when we being the day with words of thanks and appreciation, everything else falls into place. Daily gifts include internet access, heat, fresh water, cyber-friends, local libraries, great blogs and so many wonderful people! Thanks Linda for such sweet words!

  6. Well, you said the magic words — you love French class! Expressing love and appreciation are 2 keys to becoming a positive person — You’re already there! No biting allowed!

  7. Don’t you love when your events unfold in wonderful ways? There are so many pieces, people, plans, phone calls, contracts, emails and then … it’s over! Congratulations on a job well done!

  8. I found your blog through your your link to my “hidden” challenge. I am so glad I did, I need to let your energy and positive outlook fill my soul. I am normally quite positive, and today I am picking myself out of the ditch and setting my feet back on the right track, to wholeness and freedom. You see, we lost a nephew this week, he was only 3 1/2 and it is for him that I am going to live my life fully and completely and stay positive.

  9. Oh Maggie, I am so sorry to hear about your darling nephew. So much pain is left behind when our babies leave us. I hope we stay connected as well – thanks so much for sharing with me.
