Happiness Tingle

Yup, another post about happiness. In a blog post last week,  I invited you to write about happiness and link back to my blog. When I am focused on a topic, I see it everywhere – in my flower garden, books,  quotes and on the back of cereal boxes! If you have a tip, secret or awareness about happiness and care to share, leave a comment below!

Here are a list of words that immediately take me to a good zone. Ready? (Feel free to add your own to this list!)

For each of these I can write a full post about how this word brings me a sense of happiness …but that would take the mystery out of it.

What words give you a happiness tingle?

  2. Thank you for including my posts on your related articles.
My list has many overlaps with yours, a few others include:
Love, hug, rain on the roof and fire on the hearth, read in the sun and/or by the fire, coffee with a friend, cry with a friend, joy, listen to a child laugh, laughter with friends, singing in the shower, candle by the bubble bath . . .
OK – so those weren’t single words – poetic license!

  3. Happiness?…Well, let’s see…I’m truly happy when I have no worry…When everything is coming up Roses as they say…No pressures…no needs…no have tos..Everyone and everything in it’s place…Generally I feel this thing of Happiness…but, when not…the opposite…Sadness…moves in…This is when I look around me and try to grasp all that I have…be it family…friends…a good mate…or my little things that bring me Joy…and “happiness” returns! ~mkg

  4. Love this post MargeKatherine. I must add something like this to my talk question “What Brings You Joy?”

My happiness words are Greenville, Reedy River, waterfalls, sunshine, chipmunks, Little One, MY BROTHER, JOHN, writing, reading, Jesus, and the names of special friends.
